The Siegfried H. Horn Museum, part of the Institute of Archaeology at Andrews University, The Horn Museum is closed for renovations, and will reopen in late Spring 2017. The Institute offices and the Horn Archaeological Library remain unaffected by the renovations and will operate normally.
We house over 8,500 ancient Near-Eastern artifacts, including coins, pottery, sculptures, tools, weapons, figurines, jewelry, seals, and glass vessels. The museum also sponsors a lecture series and houses over 3,000 ancient cuneiform tablets from Sumerian times through the Achaemenid period. Read about our history.
